Bristol installation experience

Participation in selected GRC element and interface installation beside curtain-wall glazing. Site conditions included MEWP access and crane-assisted positioning with radio communication.

Before installation

  • Confirm element references and locations.
  • Check bracket readiness and issued fixing details.
  • Confirm access, lifting arrangements and communication with the project team.
  • Review clearances to glazing and adjoining components.
  • Confirm exclusion zones and inspection stages.

During the work

Use the issued setting-out information. Raise unclear bracket, glazing or closure details with the project team. Record element references and alignment at agreed inspection stages.

Design, lift planning and site management remain with the appointed project team.
