Procore, BIM and custom exchange
We can scope custom imports, exports and PDF layouts for your team's Procore or BIM workflow. Two-way exchange needs platform access, agreed field mappings and a tested connector.
Read the steps
- Select the area and photograph the work before, during and at completion.
- Record the quantity and work date. Name the installer in the note and link the photo.
- Filter by area and period to find the supporting evidence.
- Follow the photo history and work notes. The record author and the installer may be different people.
- Complete the relevant checks and collect evidence. QA release remains with the appointed reviewer.
- Export PDF reports. Inspection exports also offer ZIP, CSV and XLSX.
The film uses sample records around anonymous current-work photos. It does not show a completed QA release or a live two-way Procore/BIM connection. History reflects the records entered.
