We receive the contact details, project location, scope, optional project information and attachments you submit. Please avoid resident information, access credentials and information unrelated to the enquiry.
How it is used
We use this information to assess the enquiry, clarify project requirements, respond and maintain relevant business records. The applicable basis depends on the enquiry and may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests or legal obligations.
Storage and email
Enquiry records and attachments are stored in private directories on our server, outside the public website. Our email service is used to notify the project contact and send a receipt. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. Relevant information may be shared with authorised project participants and professional advisers when necessary.
Website use
This website does not use advertising pixels, session replay or analytics cookies. We count page views, contact actions, project-helper use and sharing actions in daily totals to understand which pages help visitors enquire. These counters do not store visitor identifiers, form contents, IP addresses or referring URLs. Server access logs support operation and security. The enquiry form uses a temporary submission reference to avoid duplicate submissions when retrying a connection.
The project helper uses your selected project categories to prepare an editable enquiry draft. These categories appear in the enquiry link; no contact details are included. Nothing is sent as an enquiry until you submit the form. Sharing through WhatsApp is subject to its own privacy terms.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept while needed to assess and manage the commercial discussion. Records related to active projects, contracts, insurance, accounting or legal matters may need to be kept longer. Contact us to discuss the information we hold and request deletion where applicable.
